Techtasia provides access to cutting edge Artificial Intelligence Products and Services customized to your business. While we provide access to other third party software and platforms from time to time, we cannot accept any responsibility for third party performance. We value your business and hold ourselves to a higher standard for the products and services we provide. This is one reason that we offer our products without any contract, on month-to-month terms. Put Simply: At Techtasia we never stop innovating and developing our technology.

This document defines the services Techtasia provides, how we will work together, and governs our business relationship. By using our products and services, you explicitly agree to these terms. We periodically update these terms. If you have an active Techtasia subscription, we will notify you of changes via email and/or in-app notifications. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you are not authorized to use our products.



A. DEFINITIONS

Affiliate: Any entity directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by, or under common control of an account or client with Techtasia. Agreement: These Terms of Service and any documents linked or referenced within. Billing Period: The period for which fees are due, as specified in your Order Form. Customer Data: Information you submit or collect via the Subscription Service, excluding Techtasia Content. Subscription Service: Techtasia's software, tools, and hosting services accessible through our platforms.


B. GENERAL COMMERCIAL TERMS Techtasia provides you access to the Subscription Software-as-a-Service during your subscription term which begins upon successful registration and payment and continues until canceled.

Techtasia aims to provide continuous service but is not liable for outages caused by force majeure, third-party dependencies, or scheduled maintenance. All payments are non-refundable.

C. SUBSCRIPTION TYPE TERMS SUBJECT TO THIS AGREEMENT

Full-Service Comprehensive subscriptions include add-ons like setup, integration, and workflow implementation, automated sales process management, customer relationship management, and Artificial Intelligence agents.


D. PRODUCT DISCLOSURES Additional details about specific products are available in Techtasia Product Disclosures, supplementing these terms.


E. GENERAL LEGAL TERMS

Techtasia uses anonymized data for product improvements. Customer Data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. Techtasia retains ownership of the Subscription Service and all intellectual property therein provided or created by Techtasia. Customers retain ownership of all Customer created/provided Materials. All content created by or provided by Techtasia, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Techtasia, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. No use, copy, modification, or distribution of such content is allowed without express permission. Limitation of Liability Techtasia’s liability is capped at fees paid in the 1 month prior to the claim. Disclaimer of Warranties Techtasia services are provided “as is” without warranties. No refunds.


F. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Compliance Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Sensitive Information Techtasia disclaims liability for storing sensitive health information without explicit agreements. Notification of Breach Customers must notify Techtasia within 24 hours of discovering data breaches.


G. JURISDICTION SPECIFIC TERMS

Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Legal Disputes All disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Wyoming courts.


H. GOVERNMENT ENTITIES Government entities must contact Techtasia directly for service suitability discussions.


I. RESALE OF SERVICES

Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Resellers must adhere to Techtasia’s minimum pricing guidelines of charging no less than $97 per month for base subscriptions. Resale Guidelines Resellers are responsible for handling customer support and compliance.


J. DATA STORAGE

Data Retention - Paid plans retain data for 30 days after termination or suspension of account due to non-payment. Inactive Accounts Accounts inactive for one month may be deleted.



K. PRICING, PAYMENT TERMS, AND GUARANTEE

Monthly fee: $497.00 for account maintenance for Voice and Text AI ($297 each a la carte Voice or Text only) Monthly fee includes up to 1000 minutes per month and 2000 Text AI messages.

Excess Usage fees: $0.05 /Text Bot Message and $0.18 / Voice AI Bot minute. Payments are auto-charged via credit/debit card, and paid in advance for the following month of service. While we periodically offer annual payment discounts, our service is month-to-month with no contract terms. In many cases we will require a setup fee that can vary in price. Please contact us for our current setup fee costs.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality service and will address any significant errors. Satisfaction is guaranteed and may be resolved only through credits to account for issues brought to our attention. No Refunds: All fees and charges are non-refundable, including fees paid in advance of cancellation. Credits may be issued for future services if deemed appropriate by us and at our exclusive discretion.


L. USER OBLIGATIONS

Provide accurate and complete registration information. Use Techtasia solely for lawful purposes. Maintain account security by safeguarding login credentials.


MISCELLANEOUS

Amendments Techtasia reserves the right to amend this Agreement with prior notice to subscribers. Force Majeure Neither party is liable for delays caused by uncontrollable events. Entire Agreement This Agreement represents the complete understanding between Techtasia and the Customer.
